Born in Moscow. At the age of fifteen (shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union) he moved to the United States. His mother tongues are both Russian and English. He lived in Houston, Texas for almost ten years, studying art with private tutors and working as an assistant scenographer at Main Street Youth Theater. Since 2001, he has worked in the field of neurological diagnostics as a polysomnography specialist, first in Houston and Dallas, Texas, and since 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2008 he moved to Austria to study at University of Art and Design Linz (graduated in 2014). During his studies he had a solo exhibition, participated in many group exhibitions, was a curator and organizer of various artistic events and performances. Specializes in painting and graphics. Works with video and cinema, installation, performance, theatre, illustration, sculpture and word.
