Bohdan Polishchuk
Scenographer, set artist. Works as a production director at the Ukrainian Small Drama Theater in Kyiv. He also works in various genres, including graphic design and book illustration, installation, performance, exhibition space design. He has also recently been working as a director.

He received his initial art education in Mykolaiv. In 2011 he graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kyiv. He's a graduate of the Department of Scenography and Performing Arts. Since his student years, he has participated in numerous art exhibitions and has been involved in staging simple theater projects.
In 2011 he staged his first large-scale play – 'The Forest Song' ('Lisova Pisnya') by Lesya Ukrainka with director Andriy Prykhodko at the Les Kurbas Lviv Academic Theater. Since then, he has collaborated with various theaters in Ukraine, including Ivan Franko Ukrainian National Academic Drama Theater, Les Kurbas Lviv Academic Theatre, First Theater in Lviv, Ukrainian Small Drama Theatre in Kyiv.

In addition to creative work, Bogdan also participates in the organization of various artistic projects and events, in particular, he is one of the co-organizers of the Lviv Qadriennale of Scenography Festival: Preview and one of the participants of the project of the Scenography Gallery in Lviv. He was a founder and publisher of the Koza ('Goat' ) Independent Theatre Magazine. He also organized a series of exhibitions of young Kyiv set designers.
